About our farewells
Hello. This is Virgofall, player of owner/hostess Piane Cebe.I will spare the details, but to make a long story short, running this venue has sapped a lot of my energy, and I need to spend that energy elsewhere, so given the options I had, I decided closing was the best option.Related to this, Piane will no longer be taking hostess work in the final weeks.
What will happen to Brilliance in-character?
For the unaware, Piane may be the face, but she's not the person who truly owns the place. That would be her older sister, Scoelle, who's reculsive, but the person signing most of the banknotes. Scoelle will likely shut its doors - what she wanted out of running Brilliance, she ultimately got - but will continue to keep the building maintained. The property will be staying with the Cebes IC, and Virgo and Tech OOC.What will you do with Brilliance's Discord server?
I'll keep it up afterward, though after some time it will likely no longer maintain its boosts.What will you (Virgo) do in the future?
Don't know yet. I'll likely still continue to roleplay in the wild, and you're welcome to say hi, interact, etc.! (Or make arrangements, but you need to be the one to reach out first, and Piane will not act like the hostess you know/knew.)If I do return to venue ownership/operation in future, it will likely NOT be in the host club scene, or a similar people-as-product business.
I want end this venue's timespan on a bright note if I can help it, so we can all leave with pleasant memories.Thank you all, for walking along me on this road - as bumpy as it may have gotten at points. Whether or not our paths cross again, I will ask only this: shine as best you can.

Out-of-character, Brilliance was started in July 2021 (as Club Brilliance) from the desire of Piane Cebe's player to provide an accessible, mature but not adult-rated roleplay space for others, simply for a change of pace.Although this venue has taken hiatuses and had its hiccups, it continues to stay open, making its mark on Primal DC - and hopefully beyond!

Universal Rules
RULE ZERO: The venue owners, Piane Cebe and Gwa'ir Eptco (all of Leviathan server) have final say in rules judgment.1. While mature thematic content is to be expected due to the venue premise, and alcohol is served here, Brilliance is generally aiming for PG-13, so please keep that in mind!2. What employees do outside venue hours will be between you and the individual employee, not the venue - but they are well within their right to decline. If they do decline, do not push them further.3. OOC Harassment is strictly forbidden. This includes...
- asking employees for services off-hours if they have already said 'no.'
- discrimination based on race, religious beliefs, sexual orientation, gender identity, ableism, etc.4. What happens in roleplay stays in roleplay, whether it's flirting or fighting. Please keep OOC talk distinct from IC, [[brackets]] or ((parentheses)) can help with this!5. Payment for service is to be given upfront.
Refunds for service will not be provided, except in extenuating circumstances at staff discretion.6. Staff are permitted to refuse service, or suggest a different staff member to provide service where appropriate.
In-Character Rules
1. Lalafell characters are welcome here as both staff and clients.2. Please keep your gear on. A lot of people are going to "read" gearless as being naked, and we are not the place for this.3. The top floor booths are reserved for staff, and clients paying for services with staff.4. The stage is not open by default unless otherwise noted, but you are welcome to ask.
If you wish to arrange formal bard performances for yourself or your ensemble at Brilliance, please DM Piane Cebe's player in the venue's Discord.5. You are welcome to chat with unoccupied staff in Say, but they will not engage in IC private talk.
Yell and Shout are reserved for staff announcements.6. Last Call will be made 30 minutes before venue close.
No further drinks or services can be purchased 15 minutes before venue close.7. Hosting services will be conducted in Party chat.
Touching is permitted at host/client discretion.
All hosting services will end at approximately 2:15 AM EDT.8. Summons and minions are not permitted on premises unless present in character. Keep these instances brief where possible.

Hosting Service: 50k gil per 30 minutes. Includes that staff's Drink per 30 minute block reserved.
Extensions are permitted up until Last Call, unless announced otherwise.
For the best experience, tell your host staff or assistant what sort of service you want!Want to hire a host? If that host is available (indicated by Green LFP tag), feel free to ask them directly. Or, if you're not sure, ask one of our Assistants for help if you have someone in mind!
Group Policies
We welcome groups! Here are our policies regarding groups.
1. Groups of 3 or less may only hire 1 host. Groups of 4 or more may hire up to 2 hosts.
2. Hosts and clients in any given group need to be contained within one single party, unless you are using one of the private chambers.
3. Each host needs to be paid separately.If you have a large group (above 10 members) and/or are planning for a specific event, we highly recommend Venue Reservation for the best service.

Created by the roegadyn bartender, Long Island - a drink made with vodka, tequila, light rum, triple sec, gin, and a bit of cola to give it its color. Often served in a high glass, it looks very little like alcohol and can be hard to taste what's within, making it a somewhat deceptive drink.

A bit of citrus, a touch of mint, add some blueberries, and some tequila, you have yourself an Ocean's Kiss. Giving you plenty of sweetness with that touch of tart hidden within, this alcoholic drink leaves you just wanting a little more each time, like a teasing kiss. Served in a typical tequila or margarita glass.

A reimagining of the dangers hiding beneath the sea! It brings a sweet and sour profile fighting for dominance with every sip. Buy Out! - 1,200,000 gil
To truly show off your wealth, and say "thank you" to our staff members! But what does this do?- All drinks are free for everyone that night!
- YOU, and your group, gets host priority and entirely free host service for that night (current services at time of Buy Out must complete first).
Plus, if you are a Discord member, you will receive the Gilded Generosity role!
- For everyone else, your first 30 minutes of host service on a Buy Out night is free!Gil spent via this option is shared among all staff active that night.
As such, the price for Buy Out may change over time.
Buy Outs cannot be purchased in advance, and do not entitle clients to hosts serving groups above 10 people. Those will require Venue Reservation.
Venue Reservation
You can reserve our venue for your event, such as birthdays, parties, receptions, or other occasions! These will be private, meaning the venue will not be open for public use, and we can tailor to your group.The price for venue reservation is variable, but expect at least 2,000,000 gil minimum, more with more specific requests.
Reservations must be placed at least 3 days in advance, though if you want special requests, we recommend more time.
If you want specific staff members this needs to be mentioned, and we cannot always guarantee their presence due to player scheduling.
